Worship Ministry

If you don�t know God, it will be difficult for us to
describe to you our thoughts on worship. But for
starters, we have noticed that everyone has
priorities, whether they have set them on purpose
or not. And at the top of everyone�s list is
something that they pour their life into, that they
would sacrifice everything else for if made to
choose. For some people this is simply
themselves. After all life is so short, and I have to
do the best I can for myself while I�m here. For
some people it is family. They would do anything
to protect their family, provide for them, see them
prosper. And they would rather be with their
family than anyone on earth. Some people find the
most fulfillment and purpose in their job, and
spend all their time and energy working, often to
the exclusion of health, other activities, and even
family.
For us, we have committed to making sure that
top thing in our lives is always God. We have been
told, and have seen for ourselves that He is worth
it, �it� being anything else we may have to put
aside or even give up in order to pursue and
honor Him above all else. One opportunity we
have to express how much He is worth to us, our
�worth-ship� or worship, is in our Sunday morning
services. But the best way we can express this to
Him is by living out this priority in our everyday
lives. And although we aren�t perfect, we are
reaching toward this standard more and more as
the days go by! We�d love to have you join us in
chasing down our Loving Father!

Our worship service is characterized by a fairly
modern structure, in which we sing a group of
three to four songs in a row at the beginning of the
service, before moving on to the other elements of
our service. Also, in this service we use a good
blend of contemporary worship songs, old hymns,
new hymns, old hymns that sound new, and new
songs that sound old! We also are working toward
having a full worship band, although at the present
time we only have guitar and keyboard. If you�d
